|Recommended: NoGood for College Students — This complex is pretty expensive in terms of what you get for what you pay, but in terms of an apartment close to the SMU campus, you cannot do much better. The appliances are fairly old. Communication with property manager is very unreliable.

|Recommended: YesLovely Place to Live with its Faults — The living conditions are of great quality. However, if anyone lives above you, be prepared to hear every footstep, and more. Also, the shower isn't the best. Luckily, maintenance is quite timely when something happens, and the amenities of the apartment and the location are both fantastic. I think this is a great place to live for a couple of years for sure. I would hesitate recommending this place to anyone who intends to live here for more than 3 years.
